Which types of vehicles are your display screens suitable for?
Sorry, due to the different internal components of the vehicles, we cannot determine which vehicle it is suitable for. We are only applicable to UART2 protocol controllers.
How can I find out the protocol?
You can look for it on the controller's exterior, the controller or the old display's manual, the controller or the old display's seller, or these places.
Can the UART protocol be used?
No, UART has many types of protocols, such as bafang, kds, etc. UART2 is just one of them.
Can you remove the speed limit?
It depends on whether your vehicle has a controller speed limit or a display speed limit. If it's the controller speed limit, there is no way to remove the speed limit. If it's the display speed limit, the speed limit can be removed.
Can I try this product and return it if it doesn't fit?
No, non-quality issues cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do your displays support a voltage range?
Our displays support 24V/36V/48V/60V. (S810 only supports 36V)
Can your displays be connected to mobile applications via Bluetooth?
Some models, such as H8 and M5C-2, support Bluetooth connection and are compatible with third-party cycling applications. Please refer to the product details or contact us for application compatibility information.
Is there a model restriction for the Bluetooth app?
The app does not have a restriction on mobile phone models. Both Apple systems and Android systems can use it.
How can I change the speed?
You can enter the menu by long-pressing the + and - keys, then short-press the power key to switch to P08. After entering P08, use the + key to set the desired speed, adjust it, then long-press the + and - keys to save and exit the menu.
