What kind of vehicles are suitable?
Sorry, due to the different internal components of the vehicles, we cannot determine which vehicle is suitable. We only apply to controllers that use the UART2 protocol.
How do I know the protocol? How can I check it?
You can look for it on the controller's exterior, the controller or the old display's manual, the controller or the old display's seller, among these places.
Can the UART protocol be used?
No, there are many types of protocols within UART, such as bafang, kds, etc. UART2 is just one of them.
Can the speed limit be lifted?
It depends on whether your vehicle has speed limit set by the controller or the display. If it's the controller that sets the speed limit, there is no way to lift the speed limit. If it's the display that sets the speed limit, the speed limit can be lifted.
How to change the speed?
You can enter the menu by long-pressing the + and - keys, then short-pressing the power button to switch to P08. After entering P08, use the + key to set the desired speed, and after adjusting, long-press the + and - keys to save and exit the menu. However, the maximum speed depends on your controller and the condition of the vehicle!
