• Orders value over 60USD qualify for FREE standard shipping.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed within 24 hours.
• We fulfill orders from either our US warehouse or our China warehouse, depending on inventory availability.
• To minimize delivery time, your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time: 2–3 weeks.
• Some remote areas may take up to 5 weeks.

4. Delayed Delivery Compensation

• If your order is delayed, we will provide you with a compensation coupon as an apology.
• The coupon can be used toward your next order on our website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team to apply for after-sales support.
• For damaged packages, please provide an unboxing video of the package as proof to support your claim.
